These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FurField mobile application, website at https://furfield.com, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
FurField is owned and operated by Fusionduo Technologies LLP, incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with registered office in Bangalore, India.
These Terms are governed by Indian law and represent a binding legal agreement between you and FurField. By using the Platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
You must be 18+ to access FurField. Account registration requires accurate personal and pet information. Multiple pets can be managed under one account, and business accounts are available with additional verification requirements.
FurField provides real-time health monitoring, veterinary consultations, health records, geo-location tracking, reminders, product recommendations, and a social community. Services are designed to support, not replace, professional veterinary advice.
Users must provide accurate information, comply with laws, and avoid prohibited activities like hacking, data scraping, or misrepresentation. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Fees are clearly disclosed and charged in USD, LKR, or INR. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the billing period's end. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Defective FurField Devices are replaced within 1 year warranty.
FurField Devices collect health data (vitals, activity, location, audio). By using devices, you consent to data collection and processing. Health data is for informational purposes only and shouldn't replace veterinary care.
FurField is provided 'as-is'. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Health insights are informational and don't guarantee accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
All Platform content is FurField's intellectual property. User content remains your responsibility. You retain ownership of your pet data but grant FurField rights to use it for service delivery and improvements.
Disputes are governed by Indian law. Users can submit grievances to our Grievance Officer. Unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration or court as per applicable law.
Contact support@fusionduotech.com for assistance. Our Grievance Officer handles formal complaints. We respond to disputes within 30 days and aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
